We recently sold our home in Los Altos and through the experience I found out that staging is an important part of the process. Lilly was referred to us by our realtor and now I know why. For anyone considering to stage or not to stage, I highly recommend Lilly. I think it’s quite normal to feel “this is my home” or “why wouldn’t anyone like my home the way it is?” Lilly puts her design skills to use recreating areas that allow prospective buyers to envision their furnishings in your home. I tried to keep the staging, but alas, after three days the house was sold!

I am so impressed with the work that Lilly Rahbar and her assistant Pamela did in transforming my listings into showcase homes. Lilly is my hero! She was referred by a colleague and this was the first time she staged a home for me. To be honest, I was a little nervous on how she was going to stage it. My seller was still very emotionally attached to the home and wanted to stage it with the same tone as she had it prior. The problem was that the prior colors and furniture were pretty outdated. I explained this to Lilly and expressed my concern on how this will work since we wanted to give the home a modern look. I was rest assured that she was going to do her best. Well, she did better than her best. My seller was very pleased and we sold the house within a few days for almost $200k above the asking price. As a real estate professional, having a good stager is a must. I've worked with numerous stagers and hands down Lilly is the best.
