During our accessment of the property, we define the type of furniture and accessories we select on a home based on the design of the interior, age of home, architect, and demographics. Our goal is to reach a broad market of buyers and in achieving that, we stage using Transitional Staging. It's a blend of traditional and contemporary and allows a unique touch of color of accessories, artwork and style of furniture that we select. Below are definitions of (3) staging styles; Transitional, Contemporary and Modern.
What is transitional style?
"Transitional style is a marriage of traditional and contemporary furniture, finishes, materials and fabrics equating to a classic, timeless design. Furniture lines are simple yet sophisticated, featuring either straight lines or rounded profiles."
What is contemporary style?
"Contemporary style is often defined by clean lines with a casual atmosphere, open spaces, neutral colors, and elements and materials inspired by nature." https://www.overstock.com/guides/traditional-furniture-vs-contemporary-furniture
What is modern style?
"If you love clean lines, accessory-free space, and neutrals with primary colors, then modern design may be the style for you. The essence of modern interior design includes basic shapes, functional lines and curves, materials like metal, chrome, and glass – and furnishings without decorative parts."
